AdminDroid – Refund policy
We at AdminDroid sincerely thank you for choosing our services! Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, considering the nature of your purchase. Please read through the following terms carefully.
We strive to address any technical issues promptly. In the rare event that a critical issue arises, and we are unable to resolve it in a timely manner, we will offer a refund as per this policy.
A refund can be requested if the software becomes unusable due to an issue from our end, and we are not able to provide a resolution or a workaround for the same within a reasonable time.
Refund will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- The product was rendered unusable due to an issue on the customer’s end, such as environmental factors like system incompatibility, network limitations, software conflicts, or mishandling (deleting or renaming software files, etc.).
- Issues caused by external factors such as third-party deprecations, lack of system resources on the software-installed machine in your end, any factors that are outside of our control, or misconfigurations done by you to the software.
- Known limitations or issues of the software that can be clearly evident in our trial version.
We offer a 30-day full refund policy from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund, minus any platform fees or transaction costs that may apply. We strongly recommend using our free trial to ensure our product meets your needs and expectations before making a purchase.
If a refund request is made after the initial 30-day period, refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis for the remaining time in your license period.
If you have purchased a multi-year license at a discounted rate, the discount will be normalized before the refund, and the resultant cost will be refunded.
To request a refund, please email our support team along with the Invoice copy and the Order ID generated for you. Please communicate using the email address you used to purchase our software for a quicker resolution.
We try to refund to the same payment source as much as possible. In case of any hindrances in refunding to the original payment source, we request alternate options and process on a mutually agreed platform.
