A list of all users who have been deleted from your Office 365 space.

Microsoft 365 Deleted Users

This report categorizes all the Microsoft 365 deleted users within the users' retention period. Along with this, it shows whether the user account is restorable or not.
Reviewing the deleted user accounts will let admins know the account deletion time, Microsoft 365 deleted user mailbox, Microsoft 365 synchronization status, and product licenses.
Based on the requirements, admins can restore an Microsoft 365 deleted user account or permanently delete the user account from their organization.

All Users Group Membership

By viewing the Azure Active Directory users report, admins will easily find the Microsoft 365 cloud-only users in the organization.
So that admins don't need any PowerShell cmdlet like Get-AzureADUser or Get-MgUser for retrieving the cloud-only users with their details.

Synced Users

A list of all users who were synced from on-premise Active Directory.

Azure AD Synced Users

This report lists all the Office 365 synchronized users from the on-premises Active Directory, which is done by Azure AD Connect or Active DirSync.
As it is sorted based on the synchronization time of the users, admins can find the recently synchronized Office 365 user details.
Refer to the Active Directory users report, to find the synchronization time of every synced user by checking the 'Last DirSync Time' property.

Release Track Users

List of specific users who are configured to receive updates early before rolling out to everyone. Admins assign it in 'Release Preference' under organization settings in the O365 portal.

This report lists all the users who are given the release track preferences in the organization.
By viewing this report, admins can set a target release for any Office 365 user if required. Export the Office 365 targeted release report for further references.
Also, admins should monitor the Office 365 targeted release for selected users because these users will receive their Office 365 service updates earlier than other users.

A list of all Office 365 users who have validation errors.

Office 365 users who have certain types of errors like validation errors, indirect license errors, and Office 365 DirSync provisioning errors are categorized here.
It provides the details of users to identify Office 365 users with errors.
So, admins can refer to this report instead of using PowerShell cmdlets like Get-MsolUser, Get-MgUser, and Get-MsolDirSyncProvisioningError for getting these error types.

A list of all contacts available in your Office 365 space.

Microsoft 365 Contacts

All the Office 365 contacts added to the organization are listed here.
Without using PowerShell cmdlets like Get-MsolContact or Get-MgContract for retrieving the contacts list, admins will get all the contact details in this report.
