When we look back at the journey so far, of course, there is happiness. But there is a deeper satisfaction in knowing that we reached this milestone of 10 years in the industry without deviating from our ethos. We succeeded in sticking to our approach of building patiently, refining thoughtfully, and always keeping the user at the center of what we do. And that is all we did; the rest happened on its own.
From clarity to capability
From our earliest days, the goal was simple: to bring clarity to complexity. What began as a focused effort to improve reporting for Microsoft 365 gradually evolved into something more comprehensive. With each release, each refinement, and each new capability, we expanded not by changing direction, but by deepening our understanding of what administrators truly need.
Over time, this meant moving beyond visibility into areas of governance, control, and automation – always guided by the same principle: solve real problems in an empathetic manner; keep it practical, reliable, and easy to use.
For us, as passionate software makers, coding has never been just about delivering functionality. It is about solving problems in a way that makes someone’s work easier.
Some create impact through philanthropy, some through counsel. We do it through code – by building solutions that reduce effort, bring clarity, and leave our users with something simple but meaningful: a sense of ease, and often, a smile.
